This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major player in the construction industry with a great potential for development across a number of elements of construction law. Hybrid role up to 4 days per week at home, and 1 day per week in the Maidenhead, Berkshire office.

The role is a varied one and will include work in relation to:
- Bespoke and Standard form Contracts.
- Competition law.
- CO2 reduction matters.
- Bribery law
Requirements
- The ideal candidate will be 2-6 PQE* in non-contentious/ mixed construction law gained in either private practice or in-house.
- A good knowledge NEC 3 / NEC 4/ FIDIC/ JCT contracts.
- An ability to work independently as well as part of a small team is essential.
*Please note that PQE is used only as a guide and applications from those outside of the range will be considered.
