- Leading the embedding the Operational Risk framework throughout the business.
- Maintaining the Operational Risk policies and providing training to the wider business.
- Development of the risk management framework/ policy.
- Collation of the outputs of the framework e.g. RCSA’s.
- Management of the framework for tracking governance.
- Relevant regulatory requirements including SYSC, SMCR and outsourcing.
- Provide secretariat services for Audit and Risk Committee.
Requirements
- Prior buyside Operational Risk experience essential.
- Ability to work on their own or in a small team and challenge senior stakeholders in the business where necessary.
- Immediately available.
