I.T. Contracts Attorney

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of IT related contracts, such as SaaS agreements, hardware agreements, data privacy contracts, licensing agreements, MSAs, NDAs, vendor agreements and more.
• Follow contract from inception to execution.
• Provide quick turnaround on agreements, manage contracts in clients contract database.

Requirements

• Be licensed to practice law in Washington D.C. , New York, or California.
• 4+ year providing IT Contract services to a corporate legal team and/or large law firm.
• Availability to work remotely
