Our client is a well-established global financial services leader hiring a Business Analyst to lead process improvements over trading and operations activities in the Equity Derivatives team.

- Manage projects end to end, from requirement gathering, development, UAT, deployment, and support.
- Understand and analyse existing processes and tools to define and find solutions in compliance with audit requirements.
- Work with stakeholders, IT, and end users on implementing process improvements.
Requirements
- Solid experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, design techniques, and change management.
- Working experience in Equity Derivatives domain, specifically in Structured Products area.
- Good working knowledge of front to back workflow for trade lifecycle.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
