Spencer is Managing Director, Head of Americas at Danos Group, leading governance hiring and advisory across the region. He is responsible for the firm’s Americas strategy and growth. He joined the firm in 2026 and is based in New York.

With over 20 years of experience in governance, risk management and compliance, Spencer combines in-house leadership experience with a background in specialist search, advising boards and senior leadership teams on building and strengthening governance functions in regulated and complex environments.

Previously, Spencer founded and led MBK Search, a specialist governance, risk, legal and compliance search firm. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles including Head of Operational Risk Management at Bridgewater Associates and Head of Risk, Americas at ICAP Plc.

His practice spans banking, asset management, insurance, fintech and corporate organisations, with a focus on C-suite and senior leadership mandates, including Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, General Counsel and Heads of Audit, as well as their teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government, cum laude, from Harvard University.

Denis joined the Danos Group in 2010 and now serves as Managing Director, with global responsibility for the firm’s market-leading Compliance and Financial Crime practice.

With over 20 years of experience dedicated exclusively to the Compliance and Financial Crime market, Denis has built an extensive international network and a strong reputation for identifying and placing top-tier senior talent across the industry.

Leveraging an unparalleled global network, Denis and the team he leads have helped nearly 5,000 professionals secure new opportunities over the past 22 years. Working with a diverse client base—from global investment banks to start-up fintech and digital asset firms. Denis has been a key contributor to the growth and development of the Compliance and Financial Crime market for more than two decades.

Bradley started his recruitment career in 2016 and joined the Danos Group in 2019. He specialises in Compliance, Financial Crime, and Legal consulting and interim recruitment solutions. He leads significant projects, managing the sourcing and placement of contract professionals into short- or fixed-term assignments across Financial Services and industry regulators, while also nurturing client relationships and driving new business development.

In 2024, Bradley was promoted to Director, Head of Consulting, a well-deserved recognition of his exceptional leadership and contributions to the business.

Bradley graduated with a degree in Real Estate from Birmingham City University.

Lucky joined the Danos Group  in 2023. He has nine years of Financial Services recruitment experience specializing in Legal and Compliance placements. Lucky has an extensive network across the United States working in various sectors including Banking, Asset Management, Alternative Investments, Financial Technology, Start-ups, and Insurance firms.

Prior to joining the Danos Group, Lucky spent eight  years with Robert Walters developing their Financial Services practice which included Compliance, Legal, Risk Management & Quantitative Analytics, Finance, Accounting and Tax. He also spent a year with Sea Ltd (NYSE: SE), a Global Internet Company, scaling their Legal and Investment teams across the United States, Central & South America, and Europe.

Lucky graduated from Baruch College with a BBA and MS in Accounting. He had initially started his career in Tax at Goldman Sachs, and Audit at Ernst & Young and PwC.

Jamie joined the Danos Group in 2023 as Principal of Danos Consulting, bringing a wealth of experience in sales and business development across various industries such as financial services, recruitment, and property. With a proven track record, Jamie possesses the unique ability to swiftly establish credibility with senior decision-makers in diverse business environments and supports them with their company growth and market share.

In his role, Jamie is dedicated to delivering cost-effective solutions that empower businesses to maintain their competitiveness while upholding their brand image and reputation – by identifying and addressing skill gaps and ensuring adaptability to rapidly changing market conditions.

Jamie collaborates with our clients across Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and Legal, with a deep understanding of their specific needs, he excels at selecting and deploying suitable resources in a fast and efficient manner, enabling our clients to thrive.

James Franklin joined Danos Group in August 2024 as Managing Director and Head of our Legal Practice. He brings a wealth of experience from his 16-year career in recruitment, where he has successfully developed and led legal teams within both Plc and PE-backed environments.

Before transitioning into recruitment with Robert Walters Plc in 2008, James spent eight years as a practising criminal lawyer. Since then, he has recruited, built, and led large legal recruitment teams across Private Practice and In-House within Financial Services, covering Banking, Investment Management, Fin-Tech, and Insurance.

A graduate from BPP University Law School and the University of Greenwich.

Georgina Danos is the Owner and Director of the Danos Group, a position she has held since 2022 following the passing of her late husband and company founder, Dominic Danos. A University of Exeter graduate, Georgina built a strong career in recruitment and sales with Knightsbridge Recruitment and Links of London before taking time to focus on her family.

Now leading the Danos Group, Georgina champions diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a supportive culture that values growth and well-being. Her strategic leadership ensures the company’s continued excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth, maintaining its reputation as a trusted partner to clients and candidates. James Franklin joined Danos Group in August 2024 as Managing Director and Head of our Legal Practice. He brings a wealth of experience from his 16-year career in recruitment, where he has successfully developed and led legal teams within both Plc and PE-backed environments.

Jennifer is a CIM professional with more than 20 years’ experience. She graduated from Kingston University in 1996 with a BA Hons Degree in Business Administration specialising in Marketing, and went on to achieve the Post-Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). 

She has worked for leading organisations within the healthcare, science and technology sectors, creating and delivering integrated marketing strategies that have driven financial performance and connected businesses with their customers and stakeholder, as well as holding senior leadership roles that have significantly influenced at Board level.  

Jennifer joined the Danos Group in 2019, as the Global Head of Marketing to support our continued growth.     

Marija joined the Danos Group in 2024. She has a background of working in the staffing and recruiting industry, as well as in the civic & social organisation industry. She has a breadth of experience working as project coordinator and programs specialist including administration, project coordination and contractor care.

Marija holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Translation from the University “Goce Delchev” in Shtip, North Macedonia.

Lauren joined Danos Group in 2026 as an Operations Coordinator, bringing a strong operational foundation developed within fast-paced residential property environments across both lettings and sales.

Her experience has shaped a disciplined, detail-driven approach to process management, stakeholder coordination, and service delivery. Working closely with our internal teams, clients, and suppliers, Lauren supports the efficient running of day-to-day operations.

In addition, she works closely with interim contractors, supporting Danos Consulting across onboarding processes and active assignments.
