His career journey spans early legal ambitions and frontline debt-advice work, through key roles at the Financial Ombudsman Service and the FCA, followed by senior leadership positions at American Express, WorldFirst, and now Mollie.
Dane’s career has not followed a linear path. Instead, it shows how effective Compliance leaders develop through exposure, accountability, and decision-making under pressure.
