Dominic Danos founded the Danos Group in 2004 with the launch of Danos Associates, a leading contingency and search firm specialising in mid to senior level permanent hires across Financial Services, Commerce and Industry, Private Practice, and the Public Sector. To complement this business, he later established Danos Search an executive search business, and Danos Consulting a specialist consulting services and interim resourcing provider.
We are extremely proud of the company and where we are today; we are market leaders, have offices in four locations across the globe, service an elite client base, hold an unparalleled network of candidates, and have a truly exceptional team. Not only is everyone passionate and driven, we are very proud of what we deliver for our clients and candidates.
Although our success means we are growing all the time, we are not a volume-based, number crunching agency. We are specialists in our field and have the most respected recruiters in the industry who new starters can work closely with and learn from. Social Mobility Charity Partnership
Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles within business and finance.
Our senior managers will be mentoring young people on the LTSB program, and as a group we are committed to fundraising on their behalf. We will also promote the LTSB apprenticeship scheme to our clients and networks to increase the hiring of young people.
