We support clients across Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk and Legal, partnering with leading financial institutions, professional services firms and law firms to deliver senior and specialist talent solutions that strengthen governance, regulatory capability and commercial resilience.
Our heritage began in 2004, when Dominic Danos founded the business with the launch of Danos Associates, providing specialist recruitment services to mid- and senior-level professionals within regulated organisations.
In response to evolving market demands, we subsequently established Danos Search, focused on retained executive search, and Danos Consulting, delivering interim resourcing and consulting solutions.
Today, we operate as a global governance talent partner, with teams across Asia Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas. We combine deep market insight with a carefully developed network of senior professionals to help organisations meet regulatory expectations, execute strategic priorities and build effective governance functions.

About Us
Social Mobility Charity Partnership
Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB) is a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles within business and finance.
Our senior managers will be mentoring young people on the LTSB program, and as a group we are committed to fundraising on their behalf. We will also promote the LTSB apprenticeship scheme to our clients and networks to increase the hiring of young people.
