She is one of the very few career recruiters in the industry that trained at an international recruitment conglomerate. Serene has over eight years’ recruitment experience within Corporate Governance and is highly specialised in Compliance & Financial Crime Compliance (FCC).

Serene graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy, second major in HR from Singapore Management University.

Andrew joined Danos Group as a Principal Consultant in 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in recruitment, specialising in mid to senior-level appointments in Information Security, Technology Risk, and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).

Andrew began his career in Melbourne, Australia, as a banker before transitioning into recruitment after relocating to Singapore at the beginning of 2014. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University.

With a passion for Information Security and GRC, Andrew has been instrumental in helping organisations attract top-tier professionals and assisting Information Security Product and Service companies in building high-performing Sales and Consulting teams. His extensive experience has enabled him to cultivate a deep and rich pool of candidates within the Information Security and GRC ecosystem.

Outside of work, Andrew is keenly interested in personal development, martial arts, nutrition, and technology.

Sue joined Danos Associates in January 2017 and has previously worked with both established MNC recruitment agencies and privately owned boutique search firms with intensive talent sourcing experience across the APAC / EMEA regions.

She has worked across a wide variety of industries including Energy and Banking. She has also worked on research assignments and training in both Colombo, Sri Lanka, UK and Europe.

Born in Singapore, she speaks English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia and basic Mandarin.

Adnan began working for Danos Associates in October 2018 bringing a strong track record in Buy side and Investment Banking recruitment.

Prior to his appointment Adnan managed a team covering Compliance, Risk and Trust recruitment with a particular focus on Wholesale and Private Banking. During this time, he has developed a deep and rich pool of candidates in the Corporate Governance sector.

Adnan started his career in the UK in 2010 before relocating to Singapore in early 2013.

Peter Milne brings over 25 years of extensive experience in the financial industry to his role as Chief Executive Officer of the Danos Group. With a diverse background spanning Capital Markets, Investment Management, Private Equity, and the Venture Capital-Backed Tech First Ecosystem, Peter offers invaluable insights and strategic leadership to our global team.

Throughout his career, Peter has demonstrated a strong track record of success in leading recruiting teams across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and various other disciplines. His expertise in identifying top talent and building high-performing teams has been instrumental in driving organisational growth and innovation.

Prior to joining the Danos Group, Peter held key leadership positions, including North America Managing Director of a UK-Domiciled Global Plc, Director of Financial Services UK, and Chief Operations Officer of a VC-Backed Technology startup. In these roles, he honed his skills in navigating complex market landscapes, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering results-driven solutions.

Jamie joined the Danos Group in 2023 to provide operational support to our Asia Pacific business. Her role as Office Manager is based in the Singapore office. Jamie has years of experience in administrative roles across a variety of sectors.

Prior to joining the Danos Group, she studied and worked in Japan for five years, having worked in various industries, including finance, banking, trading, and hospitality.

Jamie graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies. She has also received an N1 certificate in the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). Jamie is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Japanese.
