An Exceptional Year & Exceptional Growth For The Danos Group

We are pleased to announce that the Danos Group has delivered outstanding performance in the year ending March 2021 with over 10% growth in Net Turnover. This amounts to the most successful year in our 17-year history.

As a global business with offices in Europe, America, and Asia we found that in 2020 business fluctuated across continents as the pandemic evolved. As a firm we are proud that we were agile in our approach and processes, and were able to react successfully and strategically respond to the changing environment. Our clients, candidates and staff have been our priority throughout, and we have ensured their safety and well-being whilst consistently delivering a high-quality service. We have supported our existing clients with their strategic hiring plans in Compliance, Financial Crime, Risk, and Legal, and significantly expanded our client portfolio, signing over sixty terms with new clients.

Danos Consulting has successfully grown by an impressive 135%, supporting businesses with specialist interim staffing solutions, and Danos Associates has seen significant revenue growth in permanent hiring across EMEA Compliance (24% increase) and Singapore Compliance and Risk markets (48% increase).

As a result of our success, we have invested in the expansion of our personnel by 25%, and plans are in place to increase headcount throughout this year and beyond to ensure that we continue to meet the demands of our clients and explore new opportunities and markets.

Throughout 2020 we delivered the best global recruitment solutions to the market. In addition, we continued our charity activities supporting both Mind and our new charity partnership with Leadership Through Sport & Business (LTSB), a social mobility charity that prepares and supports bright young people from disadvantaged backgrounds into meaningful roles with major firms. We hosted three online webinar events covering In-House Legal, Risk, and Diversity & Inclusion, where we welcomed nine industry expert panellists to share their knowledge and experience relating to trending topics. We launched a podcast series to support career development and inspiration. And we established the Danos Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee, who are working with internal teams to develop projects, seminars, and programs designed to embed D&I into our company culture, and to promote D&I with our partner clients.

It has been a very busy year for the Danos Group, and we would like to take this opportunity to thank the Danos team and our clients old and new, for their ongoing support during very challenging times.
